Miles began first grade today. He seems to have enjoyed it in general. However, just like last year when he was surprised that he didn't learn to read on the first day of kindergarten, he was disappointed that it wasn't a "big learning day." He said he didn't learn anything new and he didn't make any friends in his new class yet. I told him these things take time.
My oldest started 1st grade too. I love to see what they learn. Your kids are so cute, and your little boy looks like you. I love your family motto, that's great!!
